Julienne with cauliflower
Description
Juliennes are great because they can be served on all sorts of occasions—both for celebrations and simply as an everyday dinner. It's very convenient to bake them in small individual molds, as this allows serving the dish directly in the molds.
Instructions

Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet and boil in salted water until cooked.

Step 2
Separate the cauliflower into florets, place in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 3-4 minutes. Then drain in a colander and dry. If the florets are large, cut them into smaller pieces.

Step 3
Place the flour in a skillet and sauté over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown.

Step 4
Place the sour cream, add salt and pepper. After a couple of minutes, the sauce can be removed from the heat.
