
Pork julienne

Boil the pork. When the pork is almost cooked, wash the mushrooms, cut them into small pieces, finely chop the onion, and sauté the mushrooms with onion in vegetable oil.

Cut the pork into small pieces and add it to the mushrooms with the onion.

In another frying pan, add butter and melt it. Lightly sauté the flour. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and milk. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Let the sauce thicken. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms, pork, and onion. Stir gently. Transfer the pork julienne to a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
