
Julienne of Pike-Perch
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Julienne is usually made with chicken and mushrooms, and less often with seafood. But I assure you, using pike-perch results in a wonderful, delicious dish worthy of any festive table. Especially since in this recipe, my fish is combined with mushrooms, sour cream, and cheese. The julienne is simple and quick to prepare. The finished dish can be served immediately.

Prepare the ingredients for making pike-perch julienne.

Peel the onion, wash it, and chop finely. Place it in a frying pan. Add vegetable oil and sauté the onion until translucent.

Clean the mushrooms, wash and slice them.

Add to the onion in the frying pan.

Fry the mushrooms with onions for 5-6 minutes.

Wash the pike-perch fillet and cut it into pieces. Add it to the onions and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a lid. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place the pike-perch with onions and mushrooms into heat-resistant dishes.

Place sour cream and egg into a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and uniform in consistency.

Add salt to taste and flour, mix well.

Pour the prepared mixture over the pike-perch with mushrooms and onions. Place in an oven preheated to 185–190 degrees. Bake the julienne for 10 minutes.
