Chicken julienne in pots
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The julienne bakes quite quickly and looks and tastes just as good as restaurant versions. In restaurants, it's often served with a tall "hat" of eggs, but at home we'll prepare julienne with a regular cheesy crust. It's best to use mushrooms that cook quickly, but if you want to experience the unforgettable flavor of mushrooms and chicken, you can prepare wild mushrooms in advance. It's precisely these mushrooms and the sour cream sauce that truly work culinary magic. Serve hot.

Step 4

4. For julienne, you will definitely need cocottes or small molds (as a last resort, small pots). Place the filling into the mold and sprinkle cheese on top. Now bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
