1. Boil the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces. Peel and slice the onion into half-rings (or small cubes). Clean the mushrooms, trim the end of the stems, and cut into small pieces. Place a frying pan over heat, add a little sunflower oil, and first sauté the onion, then add the mushrooms. Fry until the liquid evaporates, then add the meat, salt, and spices.
