Heat vegetable oil well in a deep frying pan over medium heat and, scooping with a tablespoon, drop the dough into the oil. Fry the doughnuts on all sides until the dough turns golden. Then take the finished doughnuts out and be sure to place them on a plate lined with paper napkins to remove the excess oil. The ready doughnuts can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or served with jam, condensed milk, or honey. The oil must be well heated, otherwise instead of round doughnuts you will get plump fritters. 🍩👑
