Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Usually, I use this cake for everyday home tea times, layering it with jam or preserves. But it can become a more sophisticated treat if you chop the sponge cake into small cubes, mix them with a cream made from condensed milk and butter, pile it up, and let it soak. You'll end up with a delicious little cake. The pastry is ready. Serve it at the table.

Break the eggs into a bowl and add sugar. Using a mixer, beat until light and fluffy.

Extinguish the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the sour cream, mix well.
