Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Clean the fish of scales, remove the innards, and rinse the fish inside and out. Cut off the heads, fins, and tails. Peel the vegetables and rinse them.
- 2
Step 2

Slice the potatoes into rounds. Line a baking dish with foil and brush it with vegetable oil. Place the potato slices on the foil — the vegetables are needed to prevent the chicken skin from sticking to the foil. The slices should be placed on top and underneath. Season the potato slices with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Place the asp bodies, salted and peppered inside and out. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 4
Step 4

Slice the onion into half-rings and place on top.
- 5
Step 5

Wrap in foil and place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. After the specified time, unfold the foil and let the fish brown for another 5 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Then carefully remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- 7
Step 7

Place the cooked fish from the mold onto a plate, garnish to taste, and serve.
