Description
The recipe won't take much time. The fish is salted, then transferred to a jar and covered with vegetable oil. The finished fish can be stored for about 1–2 weeks, but it won't sit around for long at your place. Serve it with boiled or baked potatoes, with a piece of bread, or eat it as is. The salting process takes 6–8 hours, and you can taste it. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
