Chicken gizzards in sour cream
Description
The dish turns out wonderfully, especially considering it's made from chicken gizzards. It's hearty, tender, and very aromatic. Mashed potatoes or fried potatoes make an excellent side dish. Feel free to improvise, and everything will turn out great.
