Chicken gizzards in a pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Gizzards can be used to make salads or served as a stew, along with a side of pasta or potatoes. Gizzards are often stewed with onions and carrots. Before cooking, the gizzards must be boiled in salted water; otherwise, they will be tough. The finished dish can be served at the table.
