
Chicken livers with potatoes in a multicooker
Description
Chicken gizzards are an inexpensive and nutritious offal. You can prepare delicious dishes and soups from them. Today, I'm making a stew of chicken gizzards and potatoes. In the multicooker, the gizzards are gently simmered and turn out tender. Potatoes in this case serve as an excellent addition. The result is a wonderful, hearty and tasty stew.

Prepare the ingredients for cooking chicken gizzards with potatoes.

Wash the chicken gizzards thoroughly and cut them in half. Place them in the multicooker pot. Pour in 200 ml of water.

Turn on the "Stewing" mode and cook the gizzards for 60 minutes until tender.

Then add sunflower oil, chopped onion, and carrot.
