Description

Jelly with vodka is perfect for fun parties, of course, for adults only. It's better to use not pure vodka, but herbal-infused liquor, such as Zubrowka. If you don't have time to make apple boats, simply pour the jelly into molds. Use unsweetened, natural apple juice. Good luck, and I hope you'll find this vodka jelly recipe useful ;)

    Mix the juice with vodka.

    Soak the gelatin for 5 minutes, then in another bowl pour 2 tablespoons of hot water over the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Add the juice with vodka.

    Cut the apple in half.

    Remove the core of the apple with a spoon.
