Fish aspic
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. At first I was quite skeptical about this fish jelly recipe, but I still decided to risk making it—probably I was just very curious about what would come out of it. I made it and offered my husband a taste; after a short round of questions about what I had brought him, he started eating and, to my surprise, quickly emptied the plate. Then I decided to try it too, and you know, despite a rather unfamiliar taste at first, overall I really liked it, and this jelly tastes somewhat like a fish and tomato salad (if you have tried one like that), only very cold. My husband simply fell in love with the jelly, and now I make it quite often, and now I will share this simple fish jelly recipe with you—I hope you will enjoy it too.
