Agar-agar jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make jelly from any fruits or berries. You can keep it simple and prepare a single-layer jelly, or if you enjoy an impressive presentation, feel free to combine 2 or 3 layers, or even more. Agar-agar sets much faster than regular gelatin, which is why cooks often use it. Serve chilled.
