Jelly
Description
This jelly can be made with almost any fruits or berries, allowing you to enjoy a new dessert every time. The jelly turns out tender and moderately sweet, while the grape berries burst delightfully in your mouth. Adding starch makes the dessert more delicate and less jelly-like.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making royal jelly. Wash the persimmon and grapes thoroughly and dry them.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the persimmon, remove the seeds, cut into pieces, and blend in a blender until smooth puree forms. Transfer the puree to a container and place in the freezer until completely frozen. Then move to the refrigerator and thaw completely.
- 3
Step 3

Pour 150 milliliters of juice over the gelatin and let it sit for 40–60 minutes to swell.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the remaining juice into a saucepan and add half of the sugar. Place over medium heat and warm until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil! Remove the juice from the heat and add half of the swollen gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved and let it cool.
- 5
Step 5

Place grapes at the bottom of a silicone mold and pour a little of the juice with gelatin over them. Put into the refrigerator until completely set. After that, pour the remaining juice and refrigerate again until firm.
- 6
Step 6

Place the defrosted puree into another saucepan, add sugar and starch, and mix well. Set over low heat and cook, stirring, until it comes to a boil. Simmer for several minutes until thickened.
- 7
Step 7

Blend the hot persimmon mixture with a blender until smooth. Add the remaining gelatin and stir until completely dissolved and homogeneous. Let it cool completely.
- 8
Step 8

Spread the persimmon puree over the apple layer and refrigerate until completely set and stable. Then remove the royal jelly and serve.
