Description
The recipe won't take much time. The easiest and quickest way to preserve berries for winter is to freeze them. Fortunately, my large freezer allows me to do this often and in large quantities. In winter, I make compote from the frozen berries, use them in desserts, and make jelly! Jelly made from frozen berries turns out rich in berry flavor, bright and aromatic. You can use any berries for the jelly. You can mix them or make jelly from just one type of berry, like strawberry, for example. Most often, I mix all the berries I find in my freezer—strawberries, currants, raspberries. I even have frozen basil, so I toss in a couple of leaves into the jelly too :) So, let me tell you. Serve chilled.
