Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This simple recipe for jelly made from frozen strawberries is almost no different from the usual recipe using fresh berries. The only advantage is that you can make it even in winter—just take the berries out of the freezer. Especially during the winter months, we crave vitamins, fruits, and berries, and this wonderful recipe for jelly from frozen strawberries comes to the rescue. I am happy to share it with you: 1) First, we need to rinse the berries under cold water and, if necessary, sort through them. For example, I sort the strawberries before freezing, so I have less work to do in winter. 2) Now transfer the berries to a deep bowl and sprinkle sugar on top. Leave at room temperature for half an hour. 3) Once the berries have slightly thawed, pour boiling water over them and blend into a puree using a blender. 4) Pour cold water (100 ml) over the gelatin and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then, stirring constantly, heat it over low heat until the granules are completely dissolved. 5) Mix the gelatin mixture with the strawberry puree, stir thoroughly, and let it cool slightly for a few minutes. Then pour into molds and place in the refrigerator. After a few hours, you can enjoy the delicious jelly. That's it—very simple, and you'll easily manage this task. So be sure to treat yourself and your loved ones to this delightful winter dessert. The ready dessert can now be served.
