Apple juice jelly
Description
Making beautiful and delicious jelly from apple juice is quite simple. We won't be using a jelly powder mix, but will prepare everything ourselves. First, we'll make a tasty mint syrup from fresh mint, then use gelatin and apple juice (if possible, preferably filtered freshly squeezed juice) to create a beautifully golden-colored jelly. Good luck and enjoy!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, prepare the syrup. For this, take water, sugar, lemon, and mint.
- 2
Step 2

Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, and bring to a boil. Then add mint. Bring to a boil again, remove from heat, and let cool.
- 3
Step 3

We strain everything, squeeze the mint well, add the juice of half a lemon to the syrup, and bring to a boil again. Strain once more. The syrup is ready.
- 4
Step 4

For further preparation, take cooled mint syrup, gelatin, and apple juice.
- 5
Step 5

In a saucepan, combine the juice and syrup, add gelatin. Place over heat, heat while stirring well (until the gelatin dissolves), but do not bring to a boil.
- 6
Step 6

Pour into a mold and place in the refrigerator to freeze. After the jelly has set, place the mold in hot water for a minute, run a knife around the edges, and easily invert the jelly onto a serving plate.
