After all, agar-agar is a natural product made from seaweed. Jelly with agar-agar sets much faster. You can use either fresh or frozen cherries for the jelly. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

Prepare the ingredients for making cherry jelly.

Place the cherries in a saucepan.

Add sugar to taste.

Pour water over the cherries with sugar.

Dissolve agar-agar in a small amount of cold water.

Boil the cherries with sugar for 10-15 minutes. Add the diluted agar-agar to the saucepan with the cherry broth, stir. Bring to a boil and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
