Description

Dried fruits also work great with creamy jelly. The dessert takes on a very interesting flavor when cream is used. At the same time, you can experiment with various jelly flavors and pour them over dried fruits.

    First, wash the dried fruits, then soften them. To do this, soak them in boiling water for about an hour, then drain the water, let them cool slightly, and finely chop.

    Now prepare the dried apples. Pour boiling water over them, add two tablespoons of lemon juice, and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Once the apples have softened, strain the liquid they were cooked in, add the confectioner's jam (confiture) to it, and wait until it dissolves. Then be sure to cool the syrup.

    Pour the gelatin with the resulting apple syrup in a 1:6 ratio. Let the gelatin soak for 20 minutes. Then transfer all the liquid with gelatin into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Constantly stir and do not bring to a boil.

    Place dried fruits into individual bowls and pour jelly over them. Once the jelly has slightly set, sprinkle crushed walnuts on top. Then refrigerate the jelly for 3-4 hours.
