Red currant juice jelly
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There are many reasons for the popularity of this simple red currant juice jelly recipe, primarily the low cost and wide availability of the berries themselves. It's also worth noting the excellent taste and aroma of this jelly, and of course, the fact that no gelatin is needed—only juice and sugar. Thanks to the natural properties of these berries, red currant juice jelly sets perfectly at home and can be stored for quite a long time. The finished dessert can be served at the table.
