Cream cheese jelly with agar-agar
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Sour cream jelly with agar-agar is very simple and quick to prepare. Unlike gelatin, agar-agar is heat-resistant and won't melt even on a hot day. It's high in fiber and low in calories. It can be boiled and even re-melted. Use sour cream of any fat content and add powdered sugar to taste. Serve chilled.
