Curd and sour cream jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Like many of us, I loved experimenting as a child and often made sweets on my own, and this homemade jelly made from sour cream and cottage cheese was one of my first creations. Actually, the recipe is so simple that anyone can handle it—even a child. So if you'd like to delight your family with a wonderful treat, I suggest you try this easy sour cream and cottage cheese jelly recipe. If you decorate this dessert a bit with syrup, jam, and fresh fruits, it will look absolutely stunning. Serve it chilled.

Step 1

First, we soak the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.

While the gelatin is swelling, we dissolve the sugar in the cottage cheese, whip the sour cream separately, and then mix the cottage cheese mixture with the whipped sour cream.

Step 3

Dissolve the swollen gelatin over a water bath (or in the microwave) until the granules are completely dissolved, then mix the gelatin with the cottage cheese-sour cream mixture.

Step 4

Place the resulting mixture into molds and put them in the refrigerator until the jelly is completely set.

Step 5

After 30-40 minutes the jelly should be ready, so we carefully remove it from the molds, pour over with jam or syrup, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
