Cocoa and sour cream jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here I offer you a fairly simple recipe for sour cream and cocoa jelly, which anyone can easily prepare. As for the taste, there's nothing to say—it's incredibly delicate and airy jelly that will undoubtedly win the hearts of gourmets. If you're expecting guests, it's best to prepare the jelly the evening before and place it in the refrigerator overnight, allowing it to set properly. Below, I offer you a recipe for sour cream and cocoa jelly with photos. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

Soak the gelatin in water and leave for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the sour cream with powdered sugar and place the mixture over very low heat.

Step 2

We need the sugar to dissolve completely, but under no circumstances should the sour cream be brought to a boil, otherwise it will curdle. Once the sugar has completely dissolved, slowly pour in the gelatin in a thin stream and stir until smooth. Then divide the liquid into two equal parts.

Step 3

Add cocoa powder to one part and mix thoroughly. Now we need our jelly to cool down a bit to room temperature.

Step 4

Pour the first layer into the bottom of the mold (you can choose which one yourself), and place it in the refrigerator for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5

Then we remove the molds and pour the second layer, placing them back in the refrigerator for several hours. If desired, you can make many more layers, but this will take more time, as each layer needs to be chilled in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Decorate the finished jelly with chocolate shavings and serve.
