
Champagne jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I used oranges and canned pineapple. But during fresh fruit and berry season, be sure to try making this dessert with strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, bananas... It will be delicious. Of course, it's better not to give this dessert to children :) Serve chilled.

1. Pour half a bottle of champagne into a container and wait for the gas to dissipate.

2. Add the gelatin to the champagne and let it sit for 15 minutes to soften.

3. Peel the orange and remove the white pith along with the membrane. Cut out the segments without the membrane and divide each segment into 3 pieces.

4. Cut the pineapple into small pieces as well.

5. Put the sugar into a saucepan and pour in the remaining champagne. Simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and mix in the gelatin. Stir until fully dissolved.

6. Place the fruits into parfait glasses or cups. Pour the liquid over them and refrigerate for several hours until set.

7. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream or a sprig of mint.
