Condensed milk jelly
Description
You can add cocoa to the mixture before it sets, or simply dust the finished jelly with cocoa powder. Also, before putting the jelly in the refrigerator to set, taste it to check the sugar level, and if it's not sweet enough for your liking, add sugar to taste.
