Sea buckthorn jelly with gelatin
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This jelly can be made at any time of the year, as sea buckthorn berries freeze very well. There's no need to thaw them before cooking—simply pour cold water over them and start boiling. Adjust the sweetness to your taste, as berries and taste preferences vary. The ready dessert can be served at the table.
