A simple way to make preserves for later. This sea buckthorn jelly recipe is not for the berries themselves, but for their juice. The jelly ratio is as follows: 0.7 kg sugar per liter of juice. Sea buckthorn juice is easy to make: rub the berries through a sieve and strain through cheesecloth. So, the preserve is ready for winter storage.
