Milk jelly
Description
I usually "play" with milk jelly, meaning I use it to create multi-layered, colorful jelly shapes. White jelly perfectly highlights all the other colors, and you can't buy it as a powder in a package. You can use either low-calorie skim milk or whole milk, depending on your needs. How to make milk jelly? 1. Boil some water and cool one tablespoon of it. 2. Soak the gelatin in the cooled boiled water. 3. Bring the milk to a boil, add sugar and vanilla sugar, then gradually stir in the swollen gelatin. Bring the entire mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. The main thing is to fully dissolve the gelatin. 4. Rinse the jelly molds with cold water (so the jelly easily comes out once set) and pour the hot jelly into them. Let it cool at room temperature first, then transfer to the refrigerator. If you want to pour jelly in colored layers or create colored diamonds within the white jelly, you'll need to spend more time. You have to pour different colored jellies, cut them into various shapes, and then pour the milk jelly over the set cubes or diamonds. Cut it up and enjoy the mosaic.
