
Mango Jelly

Prepare all the ingredients.

Squeeze juice from the orange. You will need about 150 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Peel the mango and cut it into slices.

Purée the mango until smooth.

In a saucepan, combine orange juice with mango puree, add sugar and vanilla flavoring. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Dissolve agar-agar separately in a small amount (30-50 ml) of water and pour it into the saucepan. Mix until uniform. Heat everything together for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the resulting mixture into molds or a glass. I use a cooking ring, the bottom of which I have lined with foil and plastic wrap. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
