Raspberry Jelly for Winter

A winter preserve made at home. An amazing type of preserve that can be not only a sweet treat but also a remedy. This is a classic raspberry jelly recipe for winter that can optionally be supplemented with pectin. Jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.

    1. First, sort through the berries, wash them, and dry them thoroughly.

    2. The amount of sugar depends on your taste preferences and can be increased or decreased depending on how sweet the berries are. If desired, you can also add lemon juice to this winter raspberry jelly recipe.

    3. Pat-dried berries should be mashed with a potato masher or a spoon. The riper the raspberries, the easier this is to do.
