Description

Homemade winter preserve. Gooseberry jelly in a multicooker is quite simple and quick to prepare. We thermally process the berries with added sugar in stewing mode. After the mode finishes, transfer the berries to another bowl and, while still hot, puree them with a blender. Then transfer the resulting gooseberry jelly into prepared jars, seal them, store in a dark, dry place, and then keep in the refrigerator. Wishing you successful preparation. The jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.
