Gooseberry jelly
Description
Now, a few practical tips! Personally, I only make a couple of jars, so I don't seal them right away—I let them cool and store them for a short time (my family eats it all quickly). If you plan to store the jelly for a long time, you need to seal the jars and turn them upside down for 5 minutes. Good luck!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the gooseberries and remove the stems.
- 2
Step 2

Pass the gooseberry and kiwi through a meat grinder. As a last resort, crush them with a blender.
- 3
Step 3

Add the additive to the sugar and mix.
- 4
Step 4

Add the mixture to the saucepan with gooseberries and kiwi. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for a short time until the sugar and additive dissolve.
- 5
Step 5

After everything has dissolved and the jelly has thickened, you can pour it into jars.
