Description

Winter is approaching very soon, and I hope everyone has already stocked up on canned goods, compotes, and jams for the entire winter season. In the meantime, I'd like to share with you a rather interesting recipe for making jelly from compote, which I hope you'll really enjoy. Plus, you can choose the flavor of your jelly yourself and then savor the delicious taste of your homemade dessert. Now, I'm happy to share with you a simple recipe for compote jelly. 1) Take a small jar of your favorite compote from the pantry. Open it and pour the liquid into a separate container. 2) Add gelatin to the liquid and let it soak for half an hour so the gelatin can soften. 3) Then place the liquid over heat and warm it, stirring constantly. Once the gelatin granules have completely dissolved, remove the pot from the heat. Let the liquid cool down. 4) Now pour the jelly into molds, filling only half of each mold, and place them in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes. 5) Then take the molds out of the refrigerator, place the compote fruits on top of the set jelly, and fill the molds completely with the remaining liquid. Return them to the refrigerator and leave until fully set. That's it—a simple and delightful recipe for all compote and jelly lovers. Enjoy your meal!
