Description

This recipe won't take much time. It's a very simple yet interesting way to make jelly from instant pudding that every homemaker should know. There's nothing complicated here—in fact, we simply use a sour cream and cottage cheese base and add almost any instant pudding we like. For example, I usually choose cherry or strawberry. Then it's just a matter of technique—simply mix all the ingredients. Now I'll explain in detail how to make this wonderful jelly from instant pudding. 1) First, dissolve gelatin in a small amount of warm water. Stir thoroughly until the granules are completely dissolved. 2) Next, dissolve the instant pudding in 400 ml of boiling water, stirring until you get a smooth, uniform mixture. 3) In a blender, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, and sugar. 4) Now combine the gelatin, pudding, and the sour cream-cottage cheese mixture in one bowl. 5) Pour the jelly into molds. Place in the refrigerator until completely set. As you can see, it's very easy and simple. Be sure to try making this wonderful dessert—you'll be pleasantly surprised. Serve chilled.
