Honeysuckle jelly
Description
Making honeysuckle jelly is very simple and quick. You can use either fresh or frozen berries. I used frozen ones. Honeysuckle has a mildly sweet and slightly tart flavor, not very sweet or sour. Therefore, add sugar to taste. If you prefer desserts with a tangy taste, you can add some citric acid. For this jelly, you can use agar-agar or gelatin.
