Yogurt jelly
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For the jelly, you will need any drinking yogurt—plain or flavored with fruit. I chose strawberry. As for the berries, use those that don't oxidize: strawberries, raspberries, peaches, soft pears. For decoration, you can use fresh berries, whipped cream, mint, or chocolate shavings. See the recipe. The ready dessert can be served.

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the berries and remove the stems.

Add sugar and gelatin to warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Then heat gently until the sugar and gelatin dissolve, remove from heat—do not bring to a boil!

Step 3

Add gelatin with sugar to the yogurt, and mix with a whisk until smooth.

Divide the strawberry pieces among 4 glasses or ramekins; I had cut them beforehand. Set aside a couple of berries for garnish.
