First, wash the pears and lemon, dry them, and prepare the remaining ingredients.

Next, soak the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Pour the pear mixture back into a saucepan, add the swollen gelatin, and place the saucepan over low heat. Constantly stirring, heat the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not bring it to a boil. Pour the resulting jelly into sterilized jars and seal tightly with lids.
