Description

The idea of making blueberry jelly came to me completely by accident. I had some berries at home, a bit of wine and juice, so I decided to combine them and ended up making a delicious jelly. The most interesting thing about this dessert is that you can change its flavor every time by using different juices and wines. This time, both my juice and wine were blueberry, but actually, this berry pairs wonderfully with almost any variation. So use your imagination and make homemade blueberry jelly—it's really not difficult. 1) First, mix 300 ml of liquid with sugar, place the mixture over low heat, and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly. 2) Pour the remaining 100 ml of liquid over the gelatin and let it sit to bloom. 3) Gradually add the heated sugar liquid into the bloomed gelatin. Do this in small portions to keep the liquid warm, not hot. Stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then add the rest of the liquid. 4) Wash the berries, dry them, and place them into molds. Pour the gelatin mixture over the blueberries. Once the liquid has cooled, place the molds into the refrigerator until the jelly is completely set. Actually, there's nothing complicated about it, so definitely try making this tasty treat, especially if you have some leftover wine after a celebration. Enjoy your meal!
