
Fruit puree jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any fruit puree; homemade is best, but store-bought works fine too. Adjust the sugar to your taste, but keep in mind that gelatin reduces sweetness, so the final result will be less sweet. If desired, pour the mixture into ramekins and serve the jelly in them. Store the jelly in the refrigerator and serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making jelly from fruit puree.

Transfer the puree to a deep bowl, add sugar and fast-acting gelatin. Mix everything and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Heat the mixture until the sugar and gelatin dissolve. The mixture should become smooth. This can be done over low heat or in the microwave, heating in 20-second intervals.

Cool the mixture to room temperature and beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.

Grease any mold with vegetable oil and transfer the mixture into it. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. Then cut the jelly into pieces, transfer to a serving dish, and serve.
