Description
In this version, I'm using my favorite technique: sourness combined with sweetness. Adjust the sugar to your taste, and in the meantime, read on.

1. Gather the required ingredients.

2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and remove the zest in thin strips.

3. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces.

4. Meanwhile, dissolve the gelatin in water according to the package instructions.

5. Then add lemon juice and lemon zest to the gelatin water. Mix thoroughly.
