Description

A preservation recipe without unnecessary complications. Homemade blueberry jelly for winter cooks very briefly, and gets its consistency thanks to pectin. This process helps preserve vitamins and makes the jelly not only tasty but also healthy. If desired, you can even store this preserve in the refrigerator. Store in a cool, dark place.
