
Orange jelly
Description
This jelly can be served as a standalone dessert or as an accompaniment to cheeses and fruits. Garnish the orange jelly with thin citrus slices or citrus zest, or serve with whipped cream decorated with melted chocolate and mint leaves.

Step 1
Strain the freshly squeezed orange juice to remove the pulp.

Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons, strain it, and heat in a saucepan together with agar-agar.

Add orange juice and cane sugar to a saucepan, bring the mixture to a boil over constant stirring, then simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

Grease one large container or 6 individual molds with sunflower oil, pour in the orange mixture and let cool to room temperature.

Place the molds in the freezer for 2 hours.

When serving, turn the jelly onto a plate and decorate to your taste.
