Description

This recipe won't take much time. If you enjoy treating yourself and your loved ones to delicious desserts, I'd like to share with you a simple recipe for jelly for a cake. In fact, with this jelly, you can easily make a delightful treat without even turning on the oven. As a base for this jelly cake recipe, you can use cookies mixed with butter, or simply use a ready-made sponge cake layer, as I did. Let's get started: 1) First, measure 12 grams of gelatin into one bowl and 18 grams into another. Pour water over the gelatin in both containers and let it swell. Then place both bowls over a water bath and heat the mixtures, stirring, until the gelatin granules are completely dissolved. 2) Next, rinse cherries under running water, dry them, and remove the pits. You can also use frozen cherries—just make sure to thaw them beforehand. Then, following the recipe, blend the cherries into a smooth puree and mix it with sugar and the 12 grams of gelatin that has been melted over the water bath. 3) Now, wrap a special round cake mold with plastic wrap and place the ready sponge cake layer on the bottom of the mold. 4) Pour a small amount of the cherry jelly over the sponge cake, spread it evenly, and place the mold in the refrigerator to let the jelly layer set. 5) While the first jelly layer is setting, mix the yogurt with gelatin and sugar (you can add more sugar to taste). Separately, whip the cream thoroughly. Combine the yogurt mixture with the whipped cream and spread it over the set cherry jelly layer. Place the mold back into the refrigerator. 6) Once this layer has set, pour the remaining cherry jelly on top and smooth the surface. Finally, place the cake in the refrigerator one last time to let it fully set. This way, you can quickly and easily prepare a delicious dessert. By the way, instead of cherries, you can use other berries as well. Enjoy your meal! Serve chilled.
