Lemon gelatin shots
Description

1. Combine water and sugar, and place over heat. Warm until the sugar dissolves completely. Add gelatin and stir. Pour in lemon juice and vodka. The base is ready.

2. Cut the lemons in half, remove the pulp, and pour the base into the molds. Refrigerate until completely set.

3. When the jelly has completely set, carefully cut each mold in half and, if desired, roll the pieces in sugar. These are homemade lemon jelly shots.
