Stew in a multicooker

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I suggest you a simple recipe for cooking stew in a multicooker (this recipe works best with Scarlett multicookers). The great thing about this recipe is that you can modify it as you like. I used eggplants and mushrooms, but you can add any vegetables—beans, zucchini, parsnip, peas—whatever you fancy. Read the recipe for cooking stew in a multicooker: 1. Cut the meat into small pieces (you can sear it in a frying pan first, or place it directly into the multicooker). 2. Slice the onion into half-rings, cut the potatoes into large cubes, and dice the carrots and bell pepper into medium-sized cubes. Also, cut the eggplants, mushrooms, or any other vegetables you plan to use into small pieces. 3. Layer all the ingredients in the multicooker—first the meat, then the onion, potatoes, and the remaining vegetables in any order. 4. Add a little hot water (the more water you add, the more liquid the stew will be), salt, crushed garlic, and your preferred spices. 5. Select the "Stewing" or "Cooking" mode and set the timer for 2 hours. When the signal sounds, turn off the multicooker and mix everything thoroughly. The stew in the multicooker is ready. Serve it hot.
