
Stew in a cauldron
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The stew cooked in a cauldron can be served with this sauce. Pour the liquid in which the meat was stewed into a frying pan (about a cup), add 40 g of butter, heat until melted, then gradually add one tablespoon of flour. Heat, stirring constantly.
