Stew in pots in the microwave

1. Mince the garlic and divide it into two parts. Spread one part over the bottom of the pots, and set the other part aside for later. Then add a layer of meat. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Then - a layer of mushrooms and onions. I used dried mushrooms, previously soaked, but I think fresh ones will work as well.

3. Then distribute the potatoes and the remaining garlic into the pots. Season with salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Dilute the sour cream with water, and gradually pour this mixture over the pots. Cover with lids and cook in the microwave at full power for 20–30 minutes.
