Stew in clay pots
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Stew in clay pots is a very tasty, aromatic, and easy-to-prepare dish. You can cook it with any meat and any vegetables you have on hand. Here's a classic recipe for stew in clay pots. Try it at least once, and then you'll be able to experiment with other ingredients. Let's get started. The ingredient amounts are calculated for 4 pots with a capacity of 0.5 liters each. 1. Cut the meat into small pieces and lightly sear them in heated vegetable oil. Distribute the meat among the pots. 2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces slightly larger than the meat pieces. Sear them. You can, of course, put raw potatoes into the pots, but seared ones definitely won't turn mushy during cooking. 3. Peel the onion and carrot. I cut the carrot into large pieces, about the same size as the meat pieces—I prefer it that way. Finely chop the onion. Distribute the vegetables among the pots. 4. Evenly salt and pepper the contents of each pot. 5. Peel the garlic and mince it any way you like. Distribute it among the pots. 6. Mix the cream with an equal amount of water, then pour the mixture over the contents of the pots. 7. Place the pots into a cold!!! oven. Turn the oven to 200°C (390°F) and cook for about 1 hour. Sprinkle the finished stew with chopped fresh herbs and green peas—it's delicious and looks beautiful :) Serve hot.
